NK999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register an account and use the NK999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of NK999:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. NK999 strictly prohibits access to and use of its platform by persons under 18.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or a Pakistani national, and you must be accessing NK999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or under any court order or other restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.

NK999 uses CNIC verification during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm your age and identity. Any player found to have registered while underage will have their account immediately closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure — whether from deposits, winnings, or bonus funds — will be reviewed by NK999's compliance team on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each person is entitled to register and maintain one NK999 account only. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. NK999 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual if multiple registrations are detected, and to withhold any bonus funds associated with those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. NK999 may require you to verify any information provided at registration at any time. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or false address — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and OTP codes.
• You must not share your NK999 login with any other person under any circumstances.
• NK999 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. If anyone claiming to represent NK999 asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact immediately.
• You must notify NK999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via live chat with your registered mobile number and a description of the suspected unauthorised access.

NK999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials or has willingly shared login details with a third party.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

NK999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

By depositing funds into your NK999 account, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are legally yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method you are using is registered in your own name — the same name as your NK999 account and CNIC.
• You are not attempting to circumvent any legal restriction applicable to online gaming payments in your jurisdiction.

Deposits are credited to your NK999 wallet after confirmation from the relevant payment network. For Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits, the typical confirmation time is under 60 seconds when the reference code provided on the deposit page is included in the transfer. IBFT deposits may take 10–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. NK999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card.

• NK999 platform fee: Zero. NK999 does not charge any fee on deposits. Third-party provider fees, if any, are outside NK999's control.

NK999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used for depositing, particularly in connection with KYC verification or fraud prevention investigations. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal access until the matter is resolved.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

NK999 processes withdrawals in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement applicable across the online gaming industry. Withdrawal requests beyond the deposited amount via a specific method may be directed to an alternative verified payment account in your name — contact NK999 support before submitting such requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• KYC requirement: Account must be fully verified (CNIC submitted and approved) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Eligible balance: Only cleared, withdrawable PKR balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until requirements are met.

6. Gameplay, Game Rules, and Fairness

All games available on NK999 are subject to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and a specific game's rules, the game's specific rules apply to that game.

NK999's games are provided by licensed third-party developers. Game outcomes are determined by:

• Certified Random Number Generator (RNG): Used for all non-live slot and instant game titles. The RNG is independently tested and certified to produce statistically random outcomes.
• Provably Fair Algorithm: Used for crash games including Aviator. The crash point for each round is determined pre-round by a certified cryptographic algorithm that players can independently verify after each round completes.

6. Attempting to reverse, cancel, or charge back any deposit transaction after gameplay has occurred using those funds.
7. Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or attempting to use NK999 to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing NK999 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
9. Accessing or attempting to access NK999's systems, databases, or infrastructure beyond the normal player interface.

NK999 co-operates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any investigation involving prohibited conduct. Where fraudulent activity is identified, NK999 will provide all relevant records and transaction data as required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NK999's liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the NK999 platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's NK999 account at the time the claim arises.

NK999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to cash out during a game round (including Aviator) due to internet disconnection on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of or inability to use NK999's platform.
• Technical failures attributable to the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network operator.
• Actions of third parties who gain access to a player's account as a result of the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits NK999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

NK999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• NK999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful activity involving the account.
• The player has made a chargeback or payment reversal claim in connection with a deposit that was used for gameplay.
• NK999 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement instruction.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.

Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at NK999's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player's misconduct (for example, a business decision to cease operations in a region), the player's verified PKR balance will be returned to their verified payment account.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their NK999 account may do so by contacting the NK999 support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account before closure is finalised.

13. Amendments to These Terms

NK999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, NK999 will notify registered players via:

• In-app or on-platform notification visible upon next login.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of NK999's platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using NK999 and contact support to close your account and withdraw your verified PKR balance.
